Regardless of whether you rely on the principles of religious texts or scientific discoveries, this article will explore both perspectives to examine their differences, similarities, and the significance of each. After considering the arguments from both perspectives, I aimed to remain receptive to truth and knowledge without allowing my beliefs to create bias. Through careful observation and many sleepless nights, I was able to develop my own conclusions about the world and attempt to address some of the questions that have troubled us for centuries.
I believe I have discovered a formula that leverages existing collective terms and concepts, presenting them in a way that we can grasp and relate to through our personal experiences.
I have consistently observed others sharing their insights regarding the intriguing notion of universal consciousness, yet I have not yet encountered anyone who truly comprehends the profound concept I am presenting to you at this moment. For the sake of our collective growth and evolution as a society, it is absolutely essential that we actively contribute our unique discoveries for open discussion and thoughtful debate whenever the situation calls for it.
A subject that I once thought was too complicated for me to grasp is now clear and easily understood from a new perspective. The Universe, as we perceive it, is now within your reach, revealing the origin from which you come and guiding you on your journey of self-discovery and your place in the world.

The world we inhabit today is not functioning as it should. Famine and disease are rampant, environmental destruction persists, and the social and mental well-being of our communities is deteriorating. Many attribute this chaos to politics and religion, which indeed have their share of responsibility. However, the root cause of our planet’s imbalance can be traced back to a time long before civilization began. The primary obstacle to achieving harmony in our modern world is humanity’s disconnection from nature. We share the same essence and substance as all living beings on Earth, yet we are the only species that has sought to dominate and manipulate our environment to such an extreme.
I believe that modernization has always been an integral and essential aspect of our “creator’s” design and intention. Our naturally curious minds were meant to explore the vastness of the Earth and absorb invaluable knowledge about the intricate natural world that surrounds us. This accumulated knowledge not only enriches our understanding but also deepens the significance of our profound spiritual connection to the universe at large. Given that we are merely a tiny yet meaningful part of the expansive universe, embarking on explorations of the cosmos allows us to gain an even deeper understanding of our own consciousness and existence.
I’m absolutely thrilled to embark on this incredible journey alongside you! Together, we have a significant and transformative path ahead of us that will unite all of humanity and our shared consciousness into one cohesive whole. It all begins with each individual awakening, one by one, until we collectively recognize the clear and inspiring path that is guiding us all back home to our true essence. Together, we can create a profound shift in awareness and connection, and I wholeheartedly welcome you to this safe and nurturing space, where we can all learn, grow, and experience the power of love and wisdom. This journey is not just about personal transformation; it’s about fostering a deep sense of community and understanding as we navigate this remarkable adventure together.
I envision something extraordinary unfolding in our world very soon. The world we aspire to can become a reality within our lifetime. The essential element to realizing this vision is human action, and I truly believe we can unite as one race to reach our goals. I encourage you to continue reading, and I will outline the steps we all need to take to accomplish this mission. There is significant work ahead, given the harm we’ve done to the Earth, but it’s not as daunting as it may seem. We can achieve remarkable things as a species, and the time to take action is NOW.
Embracing Both the Known and the Unknown
For thousands of years, or since the beginning of human existence, almost all of us have been aware of a “force” greater than ourselves, governing the patterns and cycles we experience in our everyday lives.
For centuries, individuals have attempted to validate or invalidate numerous names, descriptions, and ideologies that broaden our understanding about the natural world, yet we still struggle to reach a consensus on a single concept of logic because of differing beliefs and cultural perspectives. Regardless of where you stand in the debate, whether you adhere to scientific principles or religious views, I believe the nature of our world can be articulated in ways that both sides can accept.
To accomplish this objective effectively, we must first take a closer look at some commonly accepted truths about our world that very few people can argue against or dispute. There are several familiar ways to characterize the complex environment we inhabit. For instance, we all recognize that we exist and share this remarkable planet, known as “Earth,” with a rich and diverse array of humans, animals, and plants, each contributing to the intricate web of life that surrounds us.
We recognize the fundamental needs that are essential for survival, which include access to adequate food, clean water, and secure shelter. Every living being is naturally motivated by instinct to seek nourishment, find safe shelter, reproduce, and ensure their safety and well-being. These vital behaviors are inherent in all species and play a crucial role in sustaining life on our planet, allowing ecosystems to thrive and maintain balance.
Life depends on the continuous and intricate cycles of nature, which are significantly influenced by the varying distances of the Earth from both the sun and the moon throughout the year.
We acknowledge and appreciate the profound influence of nature’s essential elements—air, water, earth, and fire—and their significant contributions to our overall wellbeing. These elements play a crucial role in maintaining a harmonious balance of hot and cold, wet and dry, as well as other vital contrasts that affect our health and vitality.
By examining these observations that we all acknowledge, we can uncover the complex patterns and details underlying the material reality of everything, as well as the ways in which each contributes to the support of living systems.
Life is undeniably vital and essential! The entire observable universe has been meticulously crafted with its specific structure, elements, and chemistry to support the existence of life in all its diverse forms. By truly recognizing the immense attention, intricate design, and care that enable our existence here on Earth, we begin to grasp the deeper purpose and profound nature of our reality and our place within it!
The fabric of existence weaves together the threads of consciousness and energy, creating a tapestry that transcends our understanding of reality. At its core, this fabric is composed of the fundamental principles of the universe, where quantum mechanics and spiritual insights converge. When we delve into the depths of this intricate weave, we uncover the essence of our being, revealing that we are not merely passive observers but active participants in the grand design of life.
As we acquire greater knowledge and wisdom over time, we become increasingly connected and attuned to the world around us. Although our understanding of reality may still be incomplete, we tend to fill in the gaps with philosophical reasoning instead of acknowledging the missing logical elements. Next, I will explore the distinction between logic and belief, as well as how these perspectives influence our perception of reality.
The Interplay of Science and Spirituality
Due to the strong connection between the left and right hemispheres of our brains, it can be challenging to distinguish the thought processes that differentiate logic from imagination. The scientific or religious beliefs you hold are probably shaped by which side of your brain you prefer to engage with.
Logic and imagination serve a specific purpose for the overall wellbeing of every individual. Logic enables individuals to evaluate and confirm the conditions of their environment, with our consciousness acting as the driving force for thought. Imagination, on the other hand, enhances their awareness through creative expression, uplifting their spirit, which is influenced by energy.
Logic and imagination form the basis for both scientific principles and religious beliefs. We might debate which perspective is more “logical,” but it’s also important to appreciate the validity and role of imagination, as it serves a crucial role for the survival and wellbeing of humanity.
I have compiled several reasons why the religious and scientific communities often struggle to agree on fundamental life principles. This raises the question of whether one perspective is more valid than the other, or if there is a balance that allows for coexistence. We will start by analyzing both concepts by examining their behavioral patterns and the motivations of their follower communities.
Scientific concepts: Consciousness, Matter, and Energy. The scientific community often directs its focus towards the Outer Universe, which is shaped by our observations and experiences through consciousness. They investigate the world by examining the essence of things, using objective terminology from chemistry and physics to comprehend their surroundings at a superficial level, based on what they can see, touch, taste, hear, and smell. They are constantly aware of events occurring around them, and to gain a deeper understanding of these occurrences, science employs mathematical equations and physical experiments to analyze them in measurable terms, which can serve as evidence if similar events arise in the future. This approach provides a foundation for scientists to predict the likely outcomes of specific events. Despite the strong focus on the outer universe, many scientists often dismiss the idea that energy significantly impacts our emotions and overall physical health, viewing these experiences solely as chemical interactions within the body.
Religious concepts: Mind, Body, and Spirit. From a religious or spiritual perspective, emphasis is frequently placed on our Inner Universe, serving as a portal to understanding the essence that resides within us, which is made up of Spirit or Energy. A religious individual tends to describe their experiences based on the energy present within their bodies—they sense their minds providing guidance, their bodies reacting to touch and sensations, and they acknowledge the emotions triggered by interactions with others or their surroundings. According to the spiritual community, the dominant feelings we encounter through energy can only be characterized as the operations of a potent force that transcends our individual existence. With such a strong emphasis on their inner universe, they seldom consider the external universe that exists beyond themselves. Consequently, they come to believe that the universe operates solely on a spiritual plane, driven by a divine energy that generates the feelings encountered in daily life.
The external world offers remarkable insights into the workings of the universe, yet science often struggles to articulate the principles underlying faith, dreams, imagination, and the intricate emotions experienced by everyone. Some might contend that these phenomena are merely chemical reactions initiated by our brains, and they would be partially correct. It is essential to direct more research toward how energy functions within our bodies (our inner universe), as the types of energy and hormones that the mind utilizes, along with their levels, influence how we feel after specific events.
Event + State of Mind + Energy, leads to Action + Feeling (+/-) + Lesson Learned.
This highlights the importance of mental, physical, and spiritual well-being in achieving the balance necessary for individuals to operate at their best in any situation.
Do you recognize where the issue is? Science and Religion view the world in fundamentally different ways. Imagine two separate observers positioned, back-to-back, on opposite sides of a fence, one gazing outward and the other looking inward. Each observer is essentially seeing a mirrored reflection of the other’s perspective. To grasp each other’s views, they simply need to turn around and experience their own surroundings through the other’s lens. By grasping these differences, we can alter our approach to communication with each other.
Adopting a biased viewpoint and perceiving the world through just one lens deprives you of a comprehensive understanding. Claiming to support only scientific analysis means you overlook the significant role that spiritual energy plays in everyday life. Conversely, solely pursuing a spiritual path can restrict your awareness of how the physical world functions.
Our existence is delicately poised between consciousness and energy. Aligning too strongly with one side can disrupt your life’s equilibrium. Embracing the significance of both viewpoints will help you witness everything settling into a harmonious state of conscious energy flow.
Additionally, it is crucial to highlight the significance of the terminology we choose and how different terms can represent the same idea. When discussing our shared experience, often referred to as God, we frequently expend considerable energy debating the appropriate name to use. Once we recognize these distinctions, we should understand that the notion of God is far less significant than the way we conduct ourselves daily, guided by our beliefs.
To enable opposing viewpoints to appreciate each other’s differences, it is essential to approach the matter with an open mind and recognize the significance of each perspective and its background. Science and religion have both been integral to human history for millennia, contributing significantly to the advancement of global civilizations in remarkable ways. Our current state of knowledge and belief is a result of the contributions made by individuals across time.
While many enjoy entertaining conspiracy theories and paranormal events, life ultimately reflects your own creation. It holds as much beauty and authenticity as you allow yourself to see. The reality you embrace influences what you experience, shaped by the beliefs and mindset you embody. It is a reflection of your perspective, formed through a lifetime of engagement with culture and behaviors.
Exploring Conscious Energy through Scientific Principles
What exactly is Conscious Energy? This question remains a challenge for scientists, primarily because conscious energy is highly mobile and invisible in its pure form. It is not a tangible substance that we can physically interact with like a solid object. Since it does not fit into a single state of matter, many believe it cannot be adequately described. However, this perception is misleading, as scientists have successfully explained other entities that were once imperceptible, such as atoms or microbes. Conscious energy represents another significant piece of the larger puzzle that helps us understand our place in the universe.
First, I want to emphasize that the term “conscious energy” suggests that energy has consciousness. It is essential to recognize that this phrase comprises two words representing two fundamentally different ideas. Consequently, it’s vital to understand that conscious energy is made up of two opposing forces that function together as one.
Consciousness and energy are fundamentally opposite to one another. Consciousness acts as a negative force (-), while energy serves as a positive force (+). I am essentially referring to the contrasting forces present in all the atoms that constitute the Universe. In this context, consciousness is influenced by the negative charge of electrons that orbit around the nucleus of an atom, whereas energy is characterized by the positive charge of protons found within the nucleus. Together, consciousness and energy form the foundational elements of the universe (listed in the periodic table of elements). They truly embody the “Yin and Yang” of our existence.

Consciousness and energy, while fundamentally distinct forces in their nature, work in tandem during every single event that takes place throughout the vast universe. This interconnectedness is precisely why they can be referred to collectively as conscious energy.
Everything between Consciousness and Energy represents our perception of the world. We refer to this as Matter, which constitutes the material aspect of our Universe. Consciousness and Energy, when alone, are unseen forces, but they become visible when they interact. Matter possesses a neutral charge (-/+) and its physical characteristics change only when there is a shift in Conscious Energy. An interaction between Consciousness and Energy causes a reaction that results in an expression, due to the emission of radiation from an atom’s neutrons. However, what you perceive is not just a single expression; it’s an entire network of expressions generated by the tiny atoms that make up your being. Your body consists of universal substances in concentrated forms. As living beings, our aim is to maintain a positive expression by ensuring that the atoms in our body emit positive energy, which ultimately enables us to lead long and fulfilling lives.
Recognizing the fundamental pattern is essential, as it reveals how consciousness appears externally while energy is mainly employed within a physical body. As demonstrated by the atom, consciousness transcends the physical form due to the role of electrons in bonding with external substances. Meanwhile, the proton, located in the nucleus, captures energy within the atom. This principle recurs in every unit of matter we observe.
The universe strives to keep a balance between these two forces. It does this by ensuring that every equation has two sides that are in equilibrium. Nearly every term we use to define our world has an equal and opposite force associated with it.
There is an eternal bond between Consciousness and Energy because they create a balanced relationship with each other. They communicate using “electrical current,” they bond with “magnetism,” and they express their relationship through “radiation.” Together, they create the electromagnetic radiation spectrum!

Consciousness exists at the far end of the electromagnetic spectrum, where radiation is minimal. This phenomenon is observable in the cold, dense darkness of space. In contrast, energy is found at the opposite end of the spectrum, characterized by extreme heat, brightness, and intense activity due to high radiation levels. We can observe these effects from powerful energy sources like our Sun. Energy generates motion, which is why many galaxies and solar systems rotate. Life cannot thrive at either extreme of the electromagnetic spectrum due to the harsh conditions present there. This is why, when we enter the so-called “Goldilocks zone” of our solar system, we find a comfortable, warm, and safe environment that offers ideal conditions for life to flourish. Earth presents as a prime example of what the Goldilocks zone has to offer! This zone is situated midway between consciousness and energy, within the visible light spectrum.
I think the electromagnetic spectrum is one of the most effective means to gauge conscious energy. I have discovered that it reflects the lifespan of every expression we observe in the universe, encompassing our lives and the universe as a whole. Some of these lifespans extend for billions of years, like galaxies or solar systems, while others are fleeting, lasting only moments, such as atoms and cells.
Our entire universe possesses varying degrees of consciousness, even though it cannot “think” as we do without a living nervous system. Much of the universe came into being through chemical reactions driven by the interplay of consciousness and energy. To be conscious means being aware of one’s surroundings, a trait shared by all living beings, albeit at different levels of awareness. This raises the question: does this imply that the smallest unit of matter, the atom, is also aware of its environment? Atoms can “sense” other atoms and bond to form molecules, which then evolve into more complex compounds. This evolutionary process continues from organic compounds to single-celled organisms and advances to multicellular beings like humans. On Earth, humans rank among the most conscious and energy-efficient organisms, capable of exploration and creation in ways no other creature can. We are constantly evolving our conscious energy to adapt to our environment. If we collectively strive for balance and harmony, we will witness significant improvements in both our lives and the world around us.
We can now understand the various levels at which each scientific discipline connects. For example, physics investigates the fundamental mathematical theories that inform our understanding of matter’s behavior, contributing to our awareness. Biology examines the characteristics of cells and organisms, as well as how the physical body reacts to external stimuli, revealing how our bodies are influenced by matter. Chemistry studies the characteristics of energy as it appears in various forms of mass and density, revealing the principles governing the exchange of energy among different elements.
By grasping what we’ve just learned, we recognize that conscious energy is fundamentally EVERYTHING that exists! It forms the essence of our universe and our own being! This revelation expands our understanding of the profound interconnectedness that goes beyond what we can envision. By dividing the notion of conscious energy into two distinct forces that interact through polarity, we can begin to view our world from a new perspective, acknowledging that the principles governing conscious energy are applicable to all aspects of existence.
The Spiritual “Soul” Perspective
Spiritual perspectives on consciousness offer a profound understanding of our existence that transcends the boundaries of empirical observation. For centuries, various spiritual traditions have explored the essence of consciousness, positing that it is not merely a byproduct of biological processes but a fundamental aspect of the universe. This perspective invites us to consider the interconnectedness of all beings, suggesting that consciousness is a shared field of experience that binds us together. By tuning into this collective consciousness, we can elevate our understanding of ourselves and our place in the cosmos.
Given the personal nature of religion and spirituality, everyone is guided by their unique beliefs to make sense of their surroundings. I encourage you to read the upcoming section with an open mind as I share my personal perspective on the divine influence that shapes our lives.
Many doctrines’ use of the term “God” to represent EVERYTHING isn’t fully accurate. That term should be understood as equivalent to collective consciousness since this supreme entity is non-binary—it encompasses EVERYTHING. We can only discuss its binary aspects once we analyze its underlying framework. In the Bible, for example, humans portray God as a loving male “father” figure, the ultimate supreme being. Yet, woven into the essence of the universe is a dual reality that encompasses both God and Goddess aspects, which engage in a timeless dance of giving and receiving throughout existence.
God is more readily comprehended because of his powerful presence and impact on life, while the Goddess is frequently overlooked or misinterpreted due to her gentle and understated way of guiding life.
My chosen terminology for describing the concept of everything is “Collective Consciousness.” I view the unified essence of reality as a collective reservoir of “souls,” each with its own conscious energy. This harnessed energy is utilized by the Collective Consciousness to guide the future of the Earth. Thus, the Collective Consciousness serves as the ultimate entity, embodying both male and female elements that reflect the God (male) and Goddess (female).
Collective Consciousness (perhaps we can find another term we can all accept) can be seen as the driving force that channels all truth into the framework of our existence! Having explained the concept of collective consciousness, we can now explore the characteristics of both the God and the Goddess.
God is a well-known divine presence, embodying the yang energy in Chinese cosmology. Thus, God represents masculine energy characterized by warmth, brightness, activity, and strength. He symbolizes positive energy, with Earth and Fire as his elements, and his essence is hot, hard, and dry. To maintain balance, God relies on the Goddess. An excess of yang energy can result in restlessness, anxiety, stress, and anger. When properly managed and harmony is achieved, the essence of God is LOVE, which radiates through his warm, divine light. The Sun is the purest physical representation of God, while on Earth, he manifests as fire and stone.
The Goddess is represented in the yin aspect of Chinese cosmology. Yin embodies femininity and symbolizes consciousness. This energy is associated with qualities like coldness, darkness, and moisture, with the moon as her celestial counterpart. Her elements are Air and Water. She embodies a passive and receptive nature, drawing energy from the divine. Excessive Yin energy may result in feelings of depression, lack of motivation, and difficulty concentrating. When balance and harmony are upheld, the essence of the Goddess embodies Wisdom, guiding us along the rightful paths of our life journeys. The Goddess governs our earthly realm, nurturing and guiding all forms of life. Gaia is a name often attributed to the Earth goddess, which could serve as a universal name for her. The air we inhale, the winds that shape the climate, and all the bodies of water on our planet are representations of her presence.
Both Heaven and Earth sustain the vessel of eternity by continuously intertwining the threads of consciousness (the Goddess) and Energy (God), which are meant to harmonize with one another. Without this everlasting connection between consciousness and energy, our Universe would no longer exist. Expressing this concept in words may simplify our world, but we must not underestimate the intricate complexity and immense power that characterize the essence of our existence.
At the heart of existence lies a common aspiration for all life to flourish. I believe we can all connect with the notion that, fundamentally, none of us wishes to witness the complete annihilation of our planet or the conclusion of our personal narratives. To forfeit all that life has accomplished would be a disservice to the greater purpose we all, often unknowingly, uphold.
In this vibrant landscape of thought, we are called to embark on a journey of discovery that honors the profound connections between science and spirituality. By tuning into the laws of consciousness and energy, we not only enhance our understanding of the universe but also empower ourselves to navigate the complexities of life with grace and intention. As we bridge these worlds, we find a deeper appreciation for the mysteries of existence, and ultimately, we realize that the quest for knowledge is not merely an academic pursuit but a sacred journey toward enlightenment and unity.
Through the examination of scientific principles and spiritual practices, we can conclude that our world is both sacred and organised. Delving into the energy within ourselves allows us to experience the abundance of love, beauty, and wisdom that pervades all aspects of existence. Additionally, as we investigate the vast complexities of our universe, science uncovers the organized framework that highlights the role of consciousness in fostering life. We all need to cultivate an understanding and respect for both science and spirituality, and we must strive to navigate our lives by finding a delicate balance between the mind, body, and spirit.
Next, I will share a detailed explanation of a formula I developed to comprehend the layers and frameworks that make up our world, which can be understood by both scientists and spiritual seekers. I refer to it as “The 12 Numbers of Creation.”
The Twelve Numbers of Creation
The Design and Foundations of Our Universe
The universe operates under a principle that includes us all! Everything, from the smallest atoms to living organisms, as well as stars and galaxies, has a life cycle (meaning they are born, exist, and eventually perish). Each person is granted a life in a human form, brought into existence by their parents, and it is the individual’s choice on how to utilize this body throughout their lifetime.
The passage of time begins long before your birth. Your entire existence is influenced by the time, space, and countless interactions of consciousness and energy that preceded your conception. Trillions of occurrences and millions of lives have paved the way for the world you inhabit. These moments weren’t always intentional, yet the universe employs a blend of chance and probability to continue the narrative of life.
Life is a manifestation created by the universe for the purpose of learning and evolving through our experiences. The universe flourishes through intelligent, living beings, which need balanced and harmonious surroundings to thrive.
Being alive in a human form is an incredible fortune, as the harmonious and balanced environment surrounding you is designed to make your conscious experience a joyful blessing. Here on Earth, we all have the chance to explore, create, and support one another through the amazing journey that the universe has set before us.
Although each of our lives is unique and follows its individual path, there is a common thread that connects us all. This connection can be seen by viewing the universe as a distinct physical entity, with layers that we can explore to gain deeper insight into its essence and purpose.
Earlier, we learned that everything in existence is governed by the intricate relationship between consciousness and energy. We came to the conclusion that the electromagnetic radiation spectrum represents the “expression” of everything in existence that we call matter. We are about to begin an exploration of this spectrum to grasp its essence and organization.
I will use the concept of a sphere to represent the body of the universe, while you may recognise how your own body will also mirror these principles. This body will have two primary layers: the outer layer, influenced by the universal mind, and the inner layer, defined by the spiritual energy of our universe.
Beginning from the outermost layer and moving inward, the 12 numbers of creation are as follows:
Outer Layer: Mind (Consciousness)
1. One Universe
The Universe is one complete whole! The term itself suggests that we all originate from and are connected to a shared source of conscious awareness. Despite the Universe being an immense and unfathomable entity, grasping it more completely necessitates viewing it as one cohesive whole.
We exist within a singular universe that serves as the source of everything we experience. Questions about the origin of our universe persist, and perhaps the religious perspective is not as implausible as it seems. What if our universe experienced a moment of awakening and started to generate itself? The scientific theory of the Big Bang might represent the moment of our universe’s inception, where the collective consciousness became aware of its own existence.
Within our universe exists a complex network shaped by a formula that regulates every aspect of existence across the expanse of space. By exploring the deeper layers of the body that constitutes our universe, we can gain a clearer understanding of the fabric of existence and the principles of life on Earth.
2. Two Forces: Consciousness and Energy
As if emerging from an endless slumber, the universe gradually became aware of its own existence. Upon realizing its own form and the myriad sensations associated with it, the mind of the Universe underwent a transformation of thoughts and emotions to gain a deeper understanding of itself. The universe continues its journey of self-discovery through the experiences of every living being, not just on Earth but across all living planets in the cosmos. In order to expand the range of experiences, the universe started weaving a tapestry of creation to establish the groundwork for life to flourish.
Life is fundamentally at the core of the universe, generating the rhythm that sustains its vitality. Understanding that life was created for the universe and vice versa, we begin to appreciate the existence of two distinct forces that shape everything in existence. These forces are referred to as consciousness and energy!
Consciousness represents the “mind”, which interacts with everything outside of the body. Our brains are the body’s receptors to thought, of which becomes the powerhouse for logic and imagination. More intense thoughts depend on more energy to drive the intention behind these thoughts. The thought will always come first, to influence matter to perform a certain purpose that the “mind” desires. This triggers energy to be pulled from the body’s core towards the material it’s trying to influence. Thus, our ability to manipulate our environment becomes real through our mind’s power to direct energy to where it’s needed.
Energy, on the other hand, represents the “spirit” that fuels the body! Everything that we take into our bodies can alter the energy levels that we harness. Through our thoughts, the food that we eat, and the way we expend our energy through action and behaviour can influence our overall wellbeing based on an individual’s energy levels. By learning to utilise our energy efficiently will result in happier and more fulfilling lives. Energy is always stored internally, waiting for a signal from the brain, which will pull the required amount of energy from every cell to manipulate matter to reach the desired outcome.
The outcome of the complex interplay between consciousness and energy forms a rich tapestry of expression known as Matter. This “body” of our universe shapes everything we experience through our senses of sight, touch, sound, taste, and smell, serving as the third element that represents our true existence.
3. Three Aspects of Being: Mind, Body and Spirit
Through the journey of self-discovery, the Universe reveals its unique essence. The essence of existence becomes more profound as we explore the relationship between consciousness and energy, which are crucial in shaping our reality. We come to recognize that consciousness represents the “mind,” energy embodies the “spirit,” and matter constitutes the “body.”
Harmony among the Mind, Body, and Spirit is essential for a fulfilling life. When we understand this principle and start to apply it in our everyday routines, our view of life reflects genuine beauty.
Grasping this idea necessitates delving into the fundamental nature of the three dimensions of self. At the heart of each lies the Mind, which is influenced by “wisdom”; the body, which expresses “beauty”; and the spirit, which embodies “love.” Within every individual, these three core principles—wisdom, beauty, and love—are the true essence that reflect the entire universe. Understanding our true essence enhances our bond with the collective consciousness and our authentic purpose.
By revisiting this idea, we can see that by examining the complete manifestation of each universal expression, we can recognize the pattern that arises from them. Essentially, energy originates from within, consciousness functions externally, and matter is the tangible manifestation that the body expresses between the mind and spirit. In other words, your current physical form is a reflection of the life you have shaped through your thoughts and actions over time. Your body serves as the vessel that transports your conscious energy through every experience in your life.
4. Four States of Matter: Air, Water, Earth and Fire
As we persist in our exploration of the vast outer universe, the complexity of our minds deepens as we probe further into the layers that shape our existence. By revisiting the previously mentioned stages, from 1 to 3, we gain insights into the concept that emerged from the universe’s intention to establish a structure for nurturing life. This understanding indicates that the universe has a physical form, and to sustain this form, a balanced formula is essential. Having established a polarized system in which consciousness and energy interact to form matter, we can now understand the framework that enables the four elements to exist.
The elemental descriptions of Air, Water, Earth, and Fire are universally recognized terms used to convey the concept we are discussing here. These elements are balanced evenly between the forces of consciousness and energy. Although, they do overlap each other, air and water resides mostly in the presence of consciousness (outside the body), whereas earth and fire make up the energy or fuel for the body’s internal structure (inside the body). This serves as a broad framework we can refer to when exploring the relationship between science, religion, our bodies, and the universe as a whole.
Through mind, body and spirit, the universe can manipulate matter to create unique structures. Regardless of the material found in nature, it can be transformed into a new state based on its density. Water serves as an excellent example of this process, as it can exist as a solid (ice), liquid (water), or gas (vapor). Each of these states can potentially transition into a fourth state, known as plasma, which occurs when the substance loses electrons in its atoms, leading to a decrease in density.
Transforming matter is vital for life. Through our interaction with matter, we can tap into its inherent energy or change its impact on the surrounding environment. This process initiates a cycle of life and death, as all substances experience transformations to maintain balance among the body’s elements. When this balance is disrupted, the substance may start to decompose, leading to a disconnection and decline of mind, body, and spirit. This highlights the significance of life and the need to respect and treat it appropriately, ensuring the best possible experience for all living beings.
Saying “everything matters” is an understatement. The universe has established a framework that sets time and space in motion.
5. Five Protective Senses: Sight, Hearing, Smell, Taste and Touch
Regardless of whether you subscribe to evolution or creation, the emergence of conscious awareness enabled the universe to cultivate an environment that supports human flourishing. To sustain this creation, the universe offers a blueprint for developing organisms capable of engaging with their physical surroundings. By emphasizing the significance of life, equipping each individual with five senses ensures they can safeguard themselves against external threats. The five senses we possess—sight, smell, hearing, taste, and touch—enable us to assess the comforts and discomforts of our environment, guiding us in deciding the appropriate responses.
The deep-rooted sense of purpose that we all share revolves around the instinct to survive. This instinct helps us understand the connection between our physical senses and our ability to alter our environment to meet our needs. Our survival instinct drives us to pay attention to our surroundings and develop skills that ensure our comfort and safety, including hunting, gathering, and seeking shelter.
Once a formula was established enabling the universe to create various materials, the intertwining of consciousness and energy now facilitates the interaction between mind and body. The outer universe contains the knowledge of this formula for existence, allowing the physical form of the body to manifest. With the mind’s formula now complete, we can proceed on our inward journey to delve into the body’s depths, which embodies life, revealing the seven stages known as “the rainbow bridge of life.”
This concludes the final step for the outer layer of the universe, allowing us to turn our attention inward to the inner layer and explore the underlying nature of reality.
Inner Layer: Body (Matter)
6. Survival (Red)
“To Have”
Here, we embark on the journey across the “Rainbow Bridge of Life.” After delving into the concepts that shape our external reality, we acknowledge the fundamental elements of creation and the forces that led to the flourishing of life on Earth. Beneath the surface of our universe lie seven essential principles that guide every living being throughout their existence.
The first principle emerges at birth, where the fundamental need for survival becomes crucial for the individual’s success. This new life relies on the care provided by parents or caregivers until it gains the strength to take on some responsibility for feeding and caring for itself. This stage of life significantly influences the start of each individual’s lifespan and becomes a daily focus each time we wake. Survival is the primary principle we depend on to redirect our attention to the necessity of meeting our basic needs, ensuring the best possible beginning for our unique journeys.
The fundamental necessities for our daily survival include food, water, shelter, hygiene, physical activity, and rest. By consciously striving to achieve balance and harmony in our lives, we can make informed decisions about our diet, choose environments that promote our well-being, maintaining cleanliness, and ensure our bodies get the necessary amounts of activity and rest to maintain good health.
When you notice that your mind, body, and spirit are becoming unbalanced due to stress, illness, or external factors, the first step to regain stability is to return to this initial stage and reflect: “Are my basic needs being met?” If the answer is “no,” this stage becomes the essential foundation for your personal growth whenever necessary.
7. Creativity (Orange)
“To Do”
The Earth serves as a canvas for creativity, inspiring the spirit to engage with the diverse elements of life. The body has numerous avenues for expression through various forms. Art manifests as a means of expression through drawing, painting, sculpture, music, drama, dance, and more.
The second life stage on the rainbow bridge starts when each living being begins to discover the world around them. This typically happens in early childhood, once they gain mobility and their senses become keen to explore the vibrant array of colors, shapes, and textures. Fueled by an abundance of energy in their small bodies, their minds crave to comprehend how their world functions. Children continuously ask questions, as each new piece of knowledge helps to form their reality and develop their personal identity.
This phase enables a person to mold their surroundings using materials that reflect their unique sense of creativity and style.
The ability to explore and create serves as the foundation for personal success, allowing skills to be applied in work and labor to receive positive reinforcement, through their own creations, in the form of rewards like money, food, or shelter. The feeling of accomplishment elevates the spirit, and this can be strengthened through creative activities that provide joy and fulfillment.
Provided your essential needs are fulfilled, creativity can serve as a way to enhance your energy. When you’re feeling low or lacking motivation, immersing yourself in a space where you can express your thoughts or delve into your interests will yield rewards that you have rightfully worked for.
8. Identity (Yellow)
“To Show”
Exploring further into the intricate narrative of life’s purpose, we encounter the third stage of life, which addresses the issue of personal identity. After examining the framework and foundations of your environment that nurture your aspiration to thrive, we reach a moment of understanding that your distinct expression carries an ego or personality.
This notion of “self” needs a context, which acts as the border of your canvas that you use to “display” your identity to others. A lot of us go through this phase in our teenage and early adult years as we work on a way to express our individuality. This sense of identity plays a crucial role, enabling the universe to showcase itself through diverse colors and textures, endowing each entity with its own shape and character. Without this diversity, the world would be devoid of tone, form, and vibrancy, making everything seem bland and lifeless.
Throughout our lives, our sense of self undergoes numerous transformations as we frequently deconstruct and reconstruct who we are, necessitating continual reinvention. This process is often shaped by external influences like societal norms, cultural contexts, spiritual beliefs, and ethnicity. We tend to adapt ourselves to align with the ideals of our social circles, feeling compelled to fit into their expectations.
In Western society, people often have a stereotypical view of what a normal life should entail. This perspective typically involves completing education, attending college, securing a desirable job, purchasing a house and a car, and eventually starting a family. However, this ideal may not align with the life expectations found in different cultures and social frameworks. Identity can encompass more than just the individual, as similar patterns of expression can be observed within a social group.
People frequently adopt specific behaviors and styles to attract a potential romantic partner. Every species relies on social interactions to reproduce and ensure its survival. The importance of connection among humans is often downplayed; however, if we allowed these connections to develop, it could greatly enhance the health and wellbeing of all individuals involved.
As long as your essential needs are met and your creative impulses are satisfied, this phase of life can be revisited repeatedly by examining your reflection and your environment to see if your authentic self is being represented through the mediums you choose for self-expression. When you establish this foundation, you position yourself as a strong contender for a successful relationship with others.
9. Relationships (LOVE) (Green)
“To Serve”
We have arrived at the midpoint of the rainbow bridge, symbolizing the center of our life journey. The fourth phase of life focuses on your connections with others and the world around you. In this stage of life, our bodies transform from a state of abundant energy in youth to a shift where we trade that energy for heightened consciousness as we age.
A significant portion of life’s joy and excitement occurs in the first half of your journey, when your body is at its most active and energetic. A significant part of your early years was dedicated to establishing your identity and fulfilling your own desires. Mid-life requires you to turn your attention and energy towards caring for others and sharing responsibility.
As a child or dependent, you had the opportunity to receive care and guidance. Once you gain independence, you will find ways to offer care and guidance to others. This genuinely illustrates how romantic relationships thrive when both partners give and receive equally; otherwise, the energy between them can become unbalanced.
At this midpoint, many people opt to “settle down” and create the foundation necessary to support a family. This phase is often regarded as both the most fulfilling and the most demanding a person will encounter. Establishing your own identity is a crucial milestone, but caring for another life that relies on you can challenge even the most dedicated carer. Focusing on caring for others reveals much about ourselves and the ways we can contribute to their safety and comfort.
This stage is reached when you have built a foundation for your life that nurtures your physical being and personal expression. It’s not always essential to select a romantic partner to share your life with. The key here is to redirect our energy towards creating a better world for future generations. Embracing simplicity and concentrating on the wisdom, beauty, and love this world provides will enable both ourselves and the universe to flourish through the act of giving.
10. Connectedness (BEAUTY) (Blue)
“To Support”
Having successfully established strong relationships and developed an understanding of caring for others’ needs beyond your own, you now possess the foundation to share your love and wisdom with the world outside of yourself and your immediate connections.
Your awareness has accumulated a wealth of wisdom from your life experiences, bringing you to a peak in your existence where the world starts to mirror the conscious efforts you’ve made to transform your life. The results of your hard work have finally blossomed. This is the moment you’ve been anticipating your entire life, a time to relax, put your feet up, and appreciate the beauty and abundance that life has to offer! All your hard work is finished, and now your life can start to become more tranquil and enjoyable.
Stage five on the rainbow bridge occurs later in life. In Western culture, many individuals reach this stage as they approach retirement age. By this time, children have moved out and started their own families. The stresses of daily life tend to lessen, allowing the body to rest, and the demands of hard work are no longer as pressing.
Although your hard work has concluded, you still have a connection to your role and responsibilities as you coexist with others in this world. It is your moral obligation to recognize when those around you are facing difficulties and to offer them support with whatever resources you can provide. Support can be offered through basic advice or by providing food, clothing, or items you no longer need. Every bit of love and wisdom you share will come back to you in equal measure.
Now is an excellent time to garden, allowing you to feel connected to the divine. Caring for nature brings you closer to its essence. By applying your knowledge and experience while nurturing a garden, the love and care you invest will be reflected back to you in the form of a deep sense of love and appreciation for its beauty.
11. Guidance (WISDOM) (Indigo)
“To Teach”
Your life’s journey is nearing its end after a lengthy path of growth, learning, and evolution. This is a time for self-reflection, to pause and reflect on all that you have gained. You should be in awe of yourself and your journey, and for mastering your entire life!
As we age, it’s natural to experience changes in our bodies, making them less flexible and agile. Although our energy may diminish, we still have a significant asset: our minds. This stage of life signifies that you have accumulated a wealth of knowledge from your experiences, which could be invaluable to someone in the world who needs it.
At this stage of life, individuals should have the freedom to guide and educate the younger generation on essential life principles and practices that we all need to follow. We should select leaders, perhaps even a council of elders, to take on this responsibility, as long as they uphold the core values of the wider community. We should give them the opportunity to share their stories and be open to the wealth of wisdom they have to offer.
Even among our close-knit family of elders, we must be receptive to their wisdom. They can guide us in finding stillness, recognizing beauty, and leading by example. Younger generations should strive for this self-mastery each day through meditation and mindfulness. Seek encouragement from your elders and strive to become like them (in their prime example).
It is important to note that not all elders achieve a state of self-mastery, where their mind, body, and spirit are in balance and harmony throughout their lives. Nevertheless, these elders still have valuable insights to share that promote unity and cooperation. Wisdom is best embraced when the teacher is at peace with themselves.
12. Letting Go (Violet)
“To Sacrifice”
Your life concludes after fulfilling its purpose in this existence. The three aspects of your being—mind, body, and spirit—start to separate and deteriorate.
Death plays a crucial role in preserving balance and harmony, creating space for future generations to flourish in the world you contributed to. Your life is akin to a burning candle. As long as the candle is alight, it can illuminate other candles and brighten the surroundings. When the flame extinguishes, the smoke or fragrance may remain for some time, yet the mark of its influence exists in the wax.
We honor our ancestors’ legacy by recognizing the ways they shaped our environment and our lives. Their wisdom, beauty, and love continue to reside within us. This is why sharing knowledge and experiences with others is crucial whenever we have the opportunity. Our individual lives contribute to the collective consciousness just as it has supported us throughout our life journeys.
When your time comes to depart from this world, there is a last step you must embrace. It is time to release, to relinquish, and to reunite with the universe once more. The seventh and ultimate stage of life you face is: letting go.
To prepare for this moment more effectively, rather than fearing the inevitable, we engage in a daily practice through sleep. Physically, our brains require rest and rejuvenation for peak performance. Spiritually, sleep or meditation can provide insights into what occurs with our “souls” at the time of death. I personally believe there are additional dimensions to explore beyond our physical existence. Having recently finished the internal exploration of the body, across the rainbow bridge of life, there remains a layer of inherent energy that might still hold significance for you. Next, I share my thoughts on the purpose and possibilities that may exist in what is often referred to as the “afterlife.”
The Inner Core: Spirit (Energy)
13. Oneness (White)
The information we’ve collected regarding the interactions between consciousness and energy suggests that our bodies serve as the bridge between these two forces, indicating that there remains an underlying layer of energy, not fully explored within the 12 numbers of creation. This is where we arrive at our ultimate destination after exploring the depths that constitute our universe, allowing us to truly understand the purpose and importance of our creator’s design.
We have genuinely stepped into the spiritual dimension, making it easily expressible to the spiritual community. Conversely, science can connect with this idea by investigating the nature of the nucleus in atoms and cells. The collective consciousness acts as the core that sustains our universe. On a universal level, all energy originates from this source from which all matter arises.
The universe craves energy, as it serves as the essential fuel for its flourishing. Deep within the universe, beneath the surface of consciousness (mind) and the substance of matter (body), lies a vast reservoir of energy, waiting to be unleashed when the universe needs it for activity. Our individual souls contributes another drop of fuel to the evolution of the collective consciousness, enhancing its strength and vitality for ongoing growth.
Once you reach this point, your life’s journey has reached its conclusion. You have accomplished your purpose on Earth by navigating the various chapters that make up your experience. Your body served as the vessel for your soul, carrying the essence of your consciousness and allowing you to engage with the world as a distinct and meaningful individual. Once your journey is complete, your physical form no longer has a role, as the conscious energy within can only endure for a limited time. Your body will remain in the physical realm to decompose and enrich the Earth, fostering new life. There is no need to preserve the body once the soul has departed. A soul may opt to return to Earth for another opportunity at life, but it will inhabit a new body, that of a newborn. This new existence rarely retains memories of past lives, though there are instances where individuals recount their child’s memories of a previous life. This subject invites further exploration and interpretation.
Your soul transitions into a new realm, greeted by a warm, safe, and loving energy. This space becomes the ultimate sanctuary for your soul, allowing your conscious energy to enter a dreamlike state, drifting through memories of people, places, and events. The memories you gathered during your life now shape the essence of your conscious energy, reflecting the quality of life you lived. Having shed its former self, your soul now embodies its purest form of mind and spirit. Each soul contributes a unique essence of conscious energy to the collective consciousness. The way your soul is used across time and space is influenced by chance and probability, and there will be a time and place that calls to the “nature” of your being. Your soul will experience rebirth when the material circumstances on Earth call for your expression as a match to that story, in which you’ll become the new character.
I want to emphasize that many of you who are reading this may be mourning the loss of loved ones who left us much sooner than expected or intended in their life journey. Sometimes, the collective consciousness can appear to get things wrong due to various factors related to genetics and environmental changes that can impact an individual’s lifespan and overall health. While their lives may seem shorter, the conscious energy of their souls is just as valuable as that of someone who lives to be a century old. We must honor their memory and hold dear that their souls get the opportunity for another life.
This marks the end of our evolutionary journey and highlights that each of us contributes to the success of our species while preserving our environment, providing everyone with the best opportunity for survival as each individual crosses the rainbow bridge of life. Life is the greatest experience and the shared gift that our collective consciousness has created for us!
A Message from the Mystics
The path to alternate realms is found within ourselves. Our pineal gland, often referred to as the third eye, serves as the key to genuine enlightenment. By engaging in meditation, one can access this inner source, illuminating a space filled with concentrated light. This light sparkles like a crystal made of various colors, and as you journey deeper within, its brightness intensifies, becoming nearly blinding to the observer. We have received this description numerous times from individuals who assert they have gone through death or had a near-death experience. This serves as the portal to the spiritual realm and the entryway we pass through upon death, which is commonly referred to as “Heaven.”
There is another realm beyond our earthly existence that I see as a paradise for souls to find peace. This celestial gateway not only welcomes those who have departed but also offers the possibility of “time traveling” to different dimensions through our imagination. It’s essential to shift our focus from seeking external worlds and instead explore within ourselves, as our true journey leads to realms beyond our understanding. Achieving this requires dedicated practice in meditation and daily mindfulness to realize our spiritual purpose here on Earth.
The inputs we provide to our pineal gland—through our diet, beliefs, expressions, and more—will ultimately be absorbed by the collective consciousness, which gathers our experiences to facilitate evolution. The reality we perceive stems from our shared outward exploration of our intrinsic unity.
The chaos and division in our world indicate that we can transform it by choosing to look within ourselves, heal, and acknowledge the light that resides in each of us. This is a journey filled with Wisdom, Beauty, and Love!
We are far more than our individual physical expressions! The inward journey genuinely connects us all, allowing us to embody intertwined souls through a loving embrace of warm divine light.
Your unique expression plays a vital role in the collective consciousness. The way you choose to contribute throughout your life will influence the amount of conscious energy you can offer to the collective upon your ascension. By enhancing your conscious energy through your mind, body, and spirit, you will be recognized as one of the most dedicated servants to the divine, which brings remarkable rewards and a significant position in the kingdom of Heaven. Those who make the greatest contributions to the Collective Consciousness on Earth will radiate like the stars in the sky.
There is no expectation or rivalry to transform into anything beyond your authentic, individual self. The priority is to take all possible steps to enhance your life and create a better environment for those around you. You don’t have to follow trends or invest in luxury cars and homes to conform to your perception of elevated social standing. Ultimately, what truly matters is sustaining a higher vibrational frequency in your conscious energy. Those who can master the balance between mind, body and spirit will project the most wisdom, beauty and love. This should be our focus now, here on Earth.
Reading the Spectrum
How to Become an Observer of Everything
Earlier in this book, we discussed the electromagnetic radiation spectrum and how every event in the vast cosmos can be measured within this spectrum. Everything we see and experience can be perceived by an observer because of the radiation emitted from different types of matter. This matter can include living organisms, but most of it is inorganic, lacking the chemical elements necessary for life.
Understanding the electromagnetic spectrum can transform your perspective on the world. You will start to recognize patterns in behavior and the physical characteristics in the world, allowing you to discern which aspect of the spectrum represents the interaction you’re witnessing.
Watching how conscious energy operates demonstrates a consistent pattern within a physical form, like the human body. Our consciousness engages with various external stimuli, prompting the body to respond by releasing energy from cells, which can lead to the release of chemicals or movement to achieve a reaction to the outside environment. The conscious energy of the body will rise following a positive response and drop in the case of a negative response.
This should serve as a resource for everyone to assess the extent of disharmony in all areas of life. Recognizing where balance is preserved will support the healing process and enable us to identify the factors that contribute to societal differences, which frequently result in conflict and discord among those who struggle to appreciate each other’s unique existence.
The Basic Anatomy of the Spectrum
You don’t have to be a scientist or know every intricate detail of the universe to lead a fulfilling life. The key takeaway is to recognize how existence balances two opposing extremes. One side is characterized by cold, motionless darkness, while the other is defined by hot, vibrant light.
The electromagnetic spectrum is intricate and layered, requiring us to break it down into its various components for better comprehension. The image above illustrates the seven types of radiation: radio, microwave, infrared, visible light, ultraviolet, x-rays, and gamma rays. Radio waves operate at low frequencies and have longer wavelengths, while gamma rays represent the highest frequencies with the shortest wavelengths. This indicates that as you ascend the spectrum, the activity levels of radiation increase. Greater activity leads to more heat, prompting atoms to release radiation in the form of light rays. This also results in increased mass and density as we progress up the scale. Although both extremes are hazardous and lethal to life, there exists a portion of the electromagnetic spectrum where conditions are much more conducive to sustaining life. That would be the spectrum of visible light radiation!
Every form of matter in the universe, as depicted by this electromagnetic spectrum, has the capacity to either increase or decrease its radiation, implying it can gain or lose frequency based on the results of various physical occurrences. The variation in mass and density can affect how the matter behaves, allowing it to move more quickly or slowly depending on its body composition in relation to its surroundings. This identical formula influences our own bodies and our experiences as we engage with the material aspect of the universe.
As we have explored the depths of the universe through the 12 numbers of creation, this spectrum can more effectively illustrate the functioning of conscious energy when it is represented within a spherical form, where radio waves emanate from the surface and the conscious energy intensifies as we progress inward. The visible light emitted signifies the vitality of a human body.
Visible Light Behaving Differently
The visible light spectrum represents a very fine line of light vibrating in different colours due to varying wavelengths. At the center of the electromagnetic spectrum, we see a segment of refracted light that aligns with the rainbow colors I referred to earlier, in the part titled ‘The 12 numbers of creation’: red, orange, yellow, green, blue, indigo, and violet.
You can view this section like a crossroad between consiousness and energy, where both forces converge at steady levels of wavelengths and frequency. This merging of forces creates a powerful reaction that bends matter back on itself, which becomes like a mirror or reflection of itself.
Referring to the image above, you can observe that consciousness and energy are positioned at opposite ends, with a significant balance between these forces. The visible light spectrum in between behaves differently; when the light is refracted, the forces shift sides, serving as a medium to support life. This system continuously draws time and space toward energy, representing the positive end of the spectrum. A life begins as an infant (red), needing energy to develop into a mature adult (yellow/green). Once the adult reaches its peak physical condition, energy starts to diminish while consciousness increases (blue/indigo/violet), preparing to support the next generation until the end of life.
After death, consciousness (-) and energy (+) obtain a form of reward from the residual conscious energy of that entity’s mind, body, and spirit.

Utilizing the visible light spectrum to assess the balance of conscious energy in your surroundings and applying it to living systems and their functions can be an enjoyable daily activity. Previously, we explored the seven phases of the rainbow bridge of life, and I encourage you to take another look for a deeper understanding of these phases. In the meantime, I will share some examples from nature that reflect different aspects of the light spectrum. Integrating your awareness of the polarized distinctions between consciousness and energy will also be an essential resource in this context.
Lifespans on the Spectrum
Every organism’s lifespan can be assessed through the electromagnetic spectrum based on how they use their conscious energy throughout their lives. While we all experience it, the rainbow bridge of life differs in length for every living being, based on how long they live. Therefore, the life phases are the same but experienced in different lengths. Some species of animals may exist for centuries, while others survive for just hours or minutes. The animal kingdom can be categorized into various classes, including insects, fish, amphibians, reptiles, birds, and mammals. The classification of an animal significantly influences its lifespan, with insects typically having the shortest duration in this regard.
Observing the behavior and diets of specific animals allows us to form a general understanding of how they metabolize their energy reserves. The amount of physical activity they engage in will influence the type of diet required to maintain their energy levels.
Metabolism is the process by which the body converts food and drink into energy to function and stay alive. Beginning with animals that have high metabolisms, we find a variety of species, including most insects, dogs, cats, and birds, for example. Their behavior usually includes a lot of high activity, continuous movement, rapid breathing, and an increased heart rate. The hummingbird has the fastest metabolism of all species and needs to consume large amounts of nectar, a high-energy food source, to sustain its continuous energy use for mobility. Generally, their lifespan ranges from 3 to 5 years.
Animals with low metabolism include sloths, tortoises, and greenland sharks. They generally exhibit slow movement, consume low-calorie diets, and have slow heart rates. Tortoises are recognized for their lifespan of 80 to 150 years. The Greenland shark has been documented to live from 250 to 500 years. The cold habitat of the Greenland shark might also suggest a factor that contributes to longevity.
Studying animal metabolisms can provide valuable insights into how we might enhance or modify our lifespans, which are significantly affected by metabolism, to achieve the longevity that many people desire.
Human longevity isn’t necessarily our goal in life. The key to a fulfilling lifestyle will always weigh within a balance of conscious energy. Too much, or too little, of anything can throw out your internal balance, and mind, body and spirit become unstable, which in turn effects your mood and vitality.
A metabolic spectrum can serve as a personal evaluation tool, allowing individuals to examine their behavior patterns and assess whether their lifestyle is balanced or if adjustments to their activity levels are needed to achieve optimal health and well-being.
Diet and Body Composition
Various topics exist along a spectrum, provided there is a contrasting opposite for comparison. Diet and body composition is a subject I wish to address as I know it lies in the conscience of many people in our troubled society.
Reflecting on our diverse paths through life, we come to understand that our individual identities significantly shape our understanding of “who we are.” Our distinct identities influence our roles and positions within society and determine how we fit into various social groups, as our biological nature makes us inherently social beings. This instinct also brings about a degree of competition, where societal pressures lead us to make comparisons and judgments. This behavior is evident in many animal species, driven by the need to compete for mates for reproduction. Beyond this biological drive, our physical appearance is secondary to the essence of our character.
Your primary focus should be to embrace and value the divine essence that makes you unique. At your core lies a radiant light filled with love, beauty, and wisdom. If you are having difficulty accepting yourself and are dissatisfied with your body size and shape, we can explore alternative approaches to help you achieve a healthy balance.
Introducing another perspective for assessing body composition, we can examine the contrasting ends represented by the body mass index and connect it to your present physical state. Our connection to food is largely responsible for how our eating habits manifest in our body shape. We all strive to fall within the normal weight range, which signifies a healthy mindset and lifestyle. If your body composition is outside the normal range on either side, this will serve as a guide for modifying your dietary needs and adjusting your metabolism as needed.
Individuals classified as obese or overweight often exhibit lower activity levels, resulting in minimal movement compared to the energy intake from their diet. In contrast, someone who is underweight typically has a faster metabolism, as their body expends more energy than it can take in from food. Achieving a healthy balance for a normal body composition involves recognizing and accepting one’s current state, followed by the decision to adopt healthier lifestyle changes. It all starts with the mindset!
Diet and exercise are essential for shaping the human body. For someone who is overweight, the key is to eat less and be more active. Conversely, an underweight individual should aim to eat more and reduce their physical activity. It is important to find a healthy balance between activity and rest, as both play a crucial role.
Shifting our attention to our diets requires us to rethink our mindset and relationship with the foods we eat, including their quality and nutritional value. While I won’t take on the role of your dietitian or nutritionist, I will offer a foundational framework to explore the types of food we have access to through farming and food production.
In general, the healthiest food comes from nature. Everything we require to energize our bodies for conscious living is abundantly available in the natural world. If it is alive, grows, and flourishes in its environment, it is intended for our bodies. Throughout history, humans have vied for food and profit, resulting in highly processed food products that are far removed from their natural form and lack essential nutrients. It’s best to steer clear of these packaged items whenever possible.
Your body composition influences your relationship with food and how it aligns with the food pyramid depicted above. Individuals with a high metabolism who may appear physically underweight, should prioritize healthy proteins, fats, and carbohydrates to help their cells regenerate, build muscle, and store energy in fat deposits, which aids in regulating metabolism. In contrast, the dietary needs of overweight individuals involves consuming less fats and sugars while increasing their intake of vegetables and fruits. Additionally, the importance of clean water and oxygen for the body is often underestimated. Our bodies continuously metabolize energy, relying on a steady supply of air and fluids. Maintaining these fundamental needs is essential for establishing a solid foundation for your health journey.
In discussing diet and body composition, we have referred to 2 different scales to gauge where our lives fall on a spectrum. We can refer to a similar method to assess practically everything in existence. The principle to remember is inbetween both extremes at each end of a spectrum lies a healthy medium, which is nearly always the goal of conscious energy. Meaning, our lives require a constant balance of mind, body and spirit to achieve happiness and fulfillment.
It doesn’t matter about the opinions of others or if things aren’t going according to plan! As long as your true essence reflects the wisdom, beauty and love deep within you, there’s not much you need to change. Otherwise, if you feel the need to improve your overall health and wellbeing, you have the power and all the tools you need inside you. It takes one thought and one effort to step into your true being! Embrace yourself and enjoy the journey.
Contemplating Masculine and Feminine Characteristics
In our society, shaped by gender and its associated roles, we can essentially say that this topic is binary, comprising two sides that exist on a spectrum influenced by behavior and physical traits.
In a previous section of this book, I discussed the contrasting nature of consciousness and energy, highlighting how everything in existence arises from the interplay between these two forces. We also recognized that consciousness reflects feminine characteristics, while energy demonstrates masculine qualities, representing the opposing contrasts between the divine God and Goddess.
To emphasize this concept and connect it to our individual experiences, every human exists on a spectrum of male and female characteristics. Our lives embody an internal equilibrium of consciousness and energy, which has expressed itself as either male or female at the moment of conception. Externally, while you might display male characteristics or female attributes, this may not necessarily align with your personality traits.
We recognize that there is a wide range of individuals who identify as either binary (male or female) or as part of the LGBTQIA+ community. A rigid gender framework does not encompass everyone’s experiences. Instead, we exist on a spectrum, and I propose that we embrace this understanding to bridge the gap created by bias.
Men and women occupy different positions on the gender spectrum. Women are associated with consciousness, whereas men are linked to energy. By exploring the nuances of these associations, we can gain insight into their distinctions.
Consciousness resembles a woman’s body by encompassing air and water as its primary elements. A woman’s body is softer, cooler and generally more fluid than a man’s body. Guided by the elements of air and water, makes a woman more susceptible to the influences of mental and emotional experiences. Generally, women have stronger minds and weaker bodies. Her mind and emotions are guided by seasonal and celestial cycles, and her body goes through monthly phases, along with the moon, to prepare her body for nurturing new life.
Energy resembles a man’s body by harnessing the elements of earth and fire. A man’s body is more firm, rigid, and holds more heat than a woman’s body. Controlled by the elements of earth and fire, leaves a man at the mercy of physical and spiritual influences. Generally, men have stronger bodies and less consciousness. He is driven by ego possessions and animal instincts to control his environment for the provision and safety of his colony.
Numerous studies have explored how the human brain functions, and neuroscientists can attest to significant differences between male and female brains in terms of size, composition, and neural pathways. There’s an interesting viewpoint regarding the differences between the two extremes. Women, who possess a high consciousness to energy ratio, often talk and think extensively without completing tasks. Conversely, men, characterized by a high energy to consciousness ratio, tend to act without much thought. This dynamic highlights how a balanced relationship between men and women can be mutually beneficial by acknowledging how each gender operates in relation to their mental or physical nature.
We have discussed the fundamental extremes that characterize masculine and feminine traits, which significantly influence the behaviors of both genders. In the space between these two genders, roles often overlap, as individuals exhibit characteristics of the opposite gender. While some people may strictly adhere to masculine or feminine roles, nearly everyone embodies a blend of both traits since we all share the same essence of consciousness and energy.
According to where each person lies on the gender spectrum will showcase their masculinity or femininity in contrast to their physical manifestation of a male or a female. A female may display more masculine traits, often influenced by her role in her upbringing or her environment has forced her to fulfill more masculine duties, such as lifting materials for building. On the other hand, a man could display more feminine traits if his physical strength and resources weren’t utilised or he was required to take on more nurturing responsibilities, which requires a softer and lighter approach. There are many factors throughout one’s lifetime that can influence gender roles, sexual orientation and character traits.
A person’s identification as straight, bisexual, gay, transgender, or something else is a reflection of their personal experiences that influences how they express themselves. It is a deeply individual matter that relates solely to their unique life journey, which is evident in their character. No one is obligated to alter their self-perception or conform to a biased standard. Gender is simply one element of the vast puzzle that contributes to the diversity and vibrancy of our world.
Discussing the Race Issue
Conscious energy plays a fundamental role in determining the color of an individual’s skin. The narrative of humanity’s migration around the world illustrates how different groups settled in various regions and how their diets, climate, and environment influenced their physical appearance over time. Access to food and water, extreme temperatures, and the ability to regulate their environment with clothing and shelter were essential for guiding the path of their journey and ensuring survival.
To grasp the varied contrasts found in society and around the globe, we need to explore how consciousness and energy shape the experiences of different ethnicities and racial identities as reflected in skin tone.
Racial groups with lighter skin tones typically originate from areas with colder climates, particularly near the polar regions of the globe. These groups are often referred to as white, Caucasian, or European races. They tend to exhibit traits relating to consciousness and display behaviors that align with the elements of air and water, leading them to be curious, communicative, and at times, emotional. Their diets consist of fish, berries, pome fruits, citrus fruits, stone fruits, nuts, herbs, and leafy vegetables.
Racial groups with darker skin are generally from hot regions near the Earth’s equator. These groups are frequently referred to as black, African, aboriginal, or Māori and Pacific Islanders. They often embody characteristics associated with energy, suggesting their behavior is in tune with the elements of earth and fire. Typically, they are more athletic and excel in sports, demonstrating strength and endurance. Their diets primarily consist of fish, red meat, tropical fruits, nuts, berries, and spices.
You may have realised that asians, native american indians, spanish and the middle eastern races haven’t been mentioned yet. That’s because these races display traits that are more dynamic with both consciousness and energy due to the regions they inhabit that allow a more balanced approach with the elements of air, water, earth and fire combined. These groups likely emerged from warm areas close to the Tropic of Cancer and the Tropic of Capricorn. They were adapted to climates that are neither too hot nor too cold. You’ll find that their diets incorporate a mix of fish and red meat as well as a balanced menu of fruit, vegetables, nuts, seeds, and herbs and spices.
We should all recognize by now that race is a social construct arising from people’s need to confront those whose appearance does not align with their ideals of social conformity and acceptance of other’s differences. It is essential for everyone to let go of any obstacles that separate our united bond as a species. Considering how our populations have dispersed globally and the rich diversity of cultures are mixed on every continent, collaborating as one unified human race appears to be the only way forward.
A common observation is that individuals with lighter skin tend to prioritize their consciousness over energy, while those with darker skin often rely more on energy than on consciousness.
The prevalence of Western society, predominantly composed of white individuals, has led to an excessive focus on consciousness through the creation of urban environments and technological systems like computers. This heightened consciousness has drained the Earth’s energy resources, resulting in widespread destruction globally. By redirecting our attention to energy and its natural processes, both in the environment and within ourselves, we could foster cooperation and respect for nature. In doing so, our efforts to enhance it would yield benefits that enrich our minds, bodies, and spirits.
Distinguishing Differences
In summary of the information presented in the examples I’ve provided, I would like to conclude by discussing a visual spectrum that demonstrates the varying appearances and how these are affected by consciousness and energy.
Consciousness: This far end of the spectrum might describe the following human expression: A white woman with blonde hair, blue eyes, of European descent. Her body is lean, supple and at risk of being too thin. She likes to read and write and she enjoys tea and cakes and displays signs of introverted solitary confinement.
Energy: This far end of the spectrum can be the perfect depiction of a black man with black hair, brown eyes, of African descent. His body is strong, muscular and at risk of being overweight. He enjoys running and lifting weights, but he also enjoys the comforts of food and testing his position of power within his social circle due to his extroverted drive for achievement.
These are merely two examples illustrating the contrasting extremes of consciousness and energy as they appear in society. There is no indication that one extreme is superior or inferior to the other; they are simply opposites. A wide range of possibilities exists between the extremes I’ve mentioned. At this moment, each of you can evaluate for yourselves which end of the spectrum you tend to align with.
Consider me as an example. I am a Caucasian woman with dark hair and blue eyes. I recognize that my inclinations are aligned with consciousness, particularly because I am a woman. My personality reflects that of an introverted overthinker, which means my thoughts often take priority over my physical needs. I readily acknowledge that I could modify my hobbies to enhance my health and wellbeing by incorporating more physical activity. I’m working each day to find a sense of balance.
Another example as a reference would be a pacific islander woman. Her ratio still dominates the consciousness side due to her gender as being female, though she may display more masculine traits in her physical appearance and endurance, as she’s more likely to have an athletic physique, ideal for sports like basketball or football.
Moreover, an example of a white man who prefers computers and science over sports and physical activity, will still dominate the energy side of the conscious energy ratio, although his physical appearance may be more lean. His desire to research and fill his mind with knowledge is a reflection of him using his consciousness traits, which reflects in his behavior and appearance.
If a person’s conscious energy ratio isn’t revealed by their appearance, the next step is to observe their behavior and determine whether they tend to act quickly or slowly, or favor thinking over taking action. You will soon have the ability to evaluate how their life corresponds with the conscious energy spectrum, which may show us ways to interact more effectively with that person and strengthen our relationships.
Returning to Oneness
Humanity’s Position on the Life Spectrum
The human race brings us together through a shared experience of collective consciousness. Our origins date back millions of years, where we evolved from various hominid species, each on a quest to find their individual purpose and place within the greater narrative of life on Earth.
Not every species thrived, and the narrative of their evolutionary paths concluded due to various external factors that jeopardized their existence. Fossil records reveal how shifting landscapes and climates on Earth influenced the size and body structures that flourished under different conditions. The Earth has undergone significant transformations since its formation around 4.5 billion years ago. Much like how we navigate the spectrum of colors in a rainbow, other species and our planet are similarly traversing the vibrant bridge of life. It reflects every distinct expression of individuals and collectively. This emphasizes the complexity and diversity of our experiences and how each phase of life interconnects.
Viewing humanity as a single entity, encompassing every individual on the planet, reveals important patterns in our historical evolution as our shared consciousness grows and develops together. Early accounts of human existence indicate that our primitive ancestors were primarily driven by survival instincts. Their main activities—hunting, gathering, and finding shelter—were essential for the protection and continuation of our species. As their awareness of their environment expanded, they began to engage creatively with the materials around them, enhancing the landscape through structures, art, pottery, jewelry, and more. This creative expression persisted until more recent times, when a sense of competition emerged, leading to displays of power and strength among groups, as territory and resources became extensions of their collective identity. There was a need to safeguard the parts of ourselves that we recognized, which included the land we inhabited. Today, money and material possessions remain central to many people’s lives, reflecting our deep attachment to tangible items. This suggests that humanity is currently grappling with the concept of identity within the life spectrum, while beginning to question our relationship with the world. In terms of the previously mentioned rainbow spectrum, we find ourselves situated between the Yellow and Green phases.
Although your individual experience may indicate that you are in a different stage, as we each travel our own paths, we can adopt an observer’s perspective to identify the societal trends and understand the current state of humanity’s journey.
Do not lose hope! Humanity is precisely where it needs to be! For our species to develop, learn, and evolve, we must engage in creating a society that supports this process, which aims to harmonize the relationship between consciousness and energy, or mind and spirit. This requires all of us to collaborate as a unified species to enhance our connection with the universe. The future and longevity of our species hinge on our capacity to maintain a balance that enables us to live in harmony with nature. The survival of the Earth depends on the synchronized existence of its physical form and the interactions of living systems.
Humanity will advance on its shared path as we cultivate our collective consciousness. Rather than succumbing to greed and hatred in our quest for identity, we need to recognize and celebrate the genuine beauty that represents our essence. Our identities are not limited by politics, religion, or national boundaries. We are HUMAN, united on this remarkable and vibrant planet. Our journey toward Oneness starts now. It’s time to transform our history and embark on the remainder of our human experience together.
Knowing Your Purpose
We have only begun to explore the connection between consciousness and energy and how it influences all interactions throughout time and space. Regardless of the wisdom or knowledge we acquire about the immense world around us, its beauty and grandeur continue to astonish me! In truth, the more we discover, the more it reveals itself as beautiful, sacred, and magical.
It’s difficult to remove the smile from our faces when we realize how fortunate we are to be part of all that the collective consciousness has strived to accomplish. I believe it’s essential for everyone to recognize and value this precious gift of life for what it truly represents.
I recognize that nearly everyone is experiencing some level of suffering and trauma that hinders any reasonable hope for a brighter future. Our intricate human nature, marked by wars, famine, slavery, and oppression, has contributed to the difficult conditions we see globally. Every individual on this planet, as well as those who have passed, plays a role in this reality. I believe that we all can feel the pain and distress simply by witnessing it. We are interconnected at a fundamental level, allowing our collective consciousness to perceive it. To begin eliminating these terrible circumstances, we must find a starting point.
If we can ignite a worldwide awakening, where each person recognizes their soul’s purpose to elevate their conscious energy, our world will start to transform for the better almost instantly. My goal is not to create a cult or impose submissive worship practices. That is not what the collective consciousness desires. Rather, we can all contribute to the collective consciousness and express our gratitude by embracing mindful daily practices that foster the mastery of mind, body, and spirit within ourselves.
It’s time to move beyond blame and finger-pointing, as this only creates more chaos and division, ultimately hindering our progress. The true work begins within you! Every step you take to enhance your inner self will be mirrored in your external reality. The more individuals who commit to the journey of self-mastery through life’s spectrum, the greater the rewards we will experience.
What is the State of Oneness?
A lifelong dedication to self-mastery brings the greatest reward. True balance is reached when the mind, body, and spirit function in harmony, allowing an individual’s overall health and wellbeing to reflect the wisdom, beauty, and love cultivated through mindful practice. This phrase ultimately signifies that a person who attains this degree of self-mastery can now experience life in a state of Oneness at their discretion. Mastery in any form necessitates practice, and achieving Oneness transforms into an advanced skill that a self-master can gain after they have fully mastered it.
Various communities worldwide are engaged in these practices. Those who recognize their deep connection to nature and the spiritual realm are likely experiencing the journey of fostering Oneness within themselves. Every major religion promotes practices such as prayer and meditation to seek divine guidance and manifest desires. Additionally, the inner drive to improve oneself and to develop both mentally and physically is a valuable path to pursue in any personal journey.
Nature offers the inherent formula; Oneness resembles ‘home’ and serves as a natural refuge for our souls in search of solace. Many individuals have likely caught a glimpse of this energy at various times in their lives, which emerges when the mind, body, and spirit are harmonized in a euphoric state. This strong sense of joy and well-being can arise during moments of excitement, including laughter, music, dancing, physical activity, and even intimacy. It’s an exciting sensation resulting from the release of chemicals such as endorphins and dopamine, making your body experience warmth, affection, security, and peace. You might feel a profound sense of well-being and a deep connection to others and the world around you. This is the state of Oneness!
Although it may be fleeting, this state of happiness is what our souls desire and yearn to encounter repeatedly. Enjoyment, happiness, laughter, and creativity serve as the foundation for cultivating your conscious energy, allowing it to develop, progress, and attain a sense of unity and Oneness.
My recent experience of Oneness offered me insights into the practices that can guide us toward this state, allowing us to embrace the sensations of calm, warmth, and safety until a profound awareness of our connection to the universe becomes clear. When your awareness attains this level, you can govern or enhance both the duration and depth of your mental exploration and become a master of your mind, body and spirit.
Daily Mindfulness Practices
Daily mindfulness practices serve as gentle reminders of our connection to the universe and each other. In our fast-paced lives, where distractions abound, carving out moments for mindfulness can be transformative. These practices encourage us to attune our senses, immerse ourselves in the present, and awaken to the oneness that underlies our existence. By engaging in daily rituals that foster mindfulness, we cultivate a deeper awareness of ourselves and the vibrant tapestry of life around us.
One powerful practice is mindful breathing. Taking a few moments each day to focus on the rhythm of our breath can anchor us in the present moment. As we inhale deeply, we invite in clarity and peace, and as we exhale, we release tension and distractions. This simple act fosters a profound sense of connection to our own being and allows us to feel the pulse of life that surrounds us. Artists and creators can draw inspiration from this practice, using the clarity gained through mindful breathing to fuel their creative endeavors and express the oneness they experience.
Another enriching practice is engaging with nature. Stepping outside and immersing ourselves in the beauty of the natural world can awaken our senses and deepen our understanding of interconnectedness. Whether it’s feeling the grass beneath our feet, listening to the rustle of leaves, or observing the dance of sunlight, these moments of connection remind us that we are part of a larger whole. For teachers and philosophers, this experience can spark rich discussions about our relationship with the environment and the importance of nurturing both ourselves and the world around us.
Incorporating gratitude into our daily mindfulness routines can also enhance our sense of unity. Taking time each day to acknowledge and appreciate the beauty around us, as well as the people who enrich our lives, fosters a spirit of abundance and interconnectedness. This practice can be particularly potent in community-building efforts, as sharing our gratitude with others creates bonds of understanding and support. When we recognize the contributions of those around us, we reinforce the notion that we are all part of a collective consciousness, each playing a vital role in the symphony of life.
Finally, creative expression can serve as a powerful mindfulness practice. Whether through writing, painting, dancing, or any form of artistry, allowing ourselves to create mindfully invites us to tap into our inner wisdom. This process not only fosters personal growth but also encourages a sense of shared experience among those who engage with our work. By channeling our creativity into expressions of oneness, we contribute to the collective consciousness, reminding ourselves and others of the beauty and unity that exists within our diverse human experience. Embracing these daily mindfulness practices opens the door to a deeper understanding of ourselves and the world, guiding us back to the state of oneness we inherently seek.
Humans Living in Oneness
Fostering Oneness in society is essential for creating a more harmonious and inclusive world where individuals recognize their shared humanity and interconnectedness. In an era marked by division and polarization, embracing Oneness encourages empathy, understanding, and collaboration among diverse communities. By prioritizing unity over differences, we can address societal challenges collectively and cultivate environments that celebrate diversity while promoting equality. This collective approach not only enhances social cohesion but also empowers individuals to contribute meaningfully to their communities, leading to a more sustainable and peaceful future for all.
Here are several examples of how social and cultural groups can come together and collaborate to promote unity and Oneness:
- A diverse community where individuals from different cultural backgrounds come together to celebrate each other’s traditions, fostering mutual respect and understanding through shared festivals and collaborative events.
- A group of friends who prioritize open communication and emotional support, creating a safe space where everyone feels valued and heard, allowing them to navigate life’s challenges together.
- An Eco-village where residents practice sustainable living by sharing resources, collaborating on gardening, and engaging in collective decision-making processes that prioritize the well-being of both people and the environment.
- A workplace that emphasizes teamwork and inclusivity, where employees from various departments work together on projects, valuing each person’s input and encouraging creativity to achieve common goals.
- An interfaith dialogue group where individuals from different religions meet regularly to discuss their beliefs, share experiences, and find common ground, promoting peace and understanding in their community.
A community practicing oneness can achieve a profound sense of unity that fosters collaboration and mutual respect among its members. This shared understanding encourages individuals to appreciate their diverse backgrounds while working towards common goals, leading to enhanced creativity and innovation. As members support one another, they build strong relationships that promote emotional well-being and resilience. Such a community becomes a powerful force for positive change, addressing social issues collectively and amplifying their impact. The practice of oneness nurtures empathy and compassion, creating an environment where everyone feels valued and empowered to contribute, ultimately leading to a more harmonious and thriving society.I am finally here to present you with this heartfelt gift, hoping it provides you with comfort and guidance during your times of need. In a world that is increasingly filled with division and uncertainty, it is of utmost importance that we do everything within our power to foster unity and understanding among one another. I truly believe that this information will serve as a strong and solid foundation for personal discovery on everyone’s unique journey, paving the way for deeper insights and connections that can enrich our lives.
