What is Conscious Energy and Why Does it Matter?

Written by Fiona Blenman

Conceptual Framework of Consciousness and Energy

What exactly is Conscious Energy? This question remains a challenge for scientists, primarily because conscious energy is highly mobile and invisible in its pure form. It is not a tangible substance that we can physically interact with like a solid object, nor can we easily measure it using conventional scientific instruments. Since it does not fit into a single state of matter, many believe it can’t be adequately described. Yet, this perception is misleading. Scientists have successfully explained other entities that were once imperceptible, for example, atoms and microbes, demonstrating that our understanding of the universe can evolve as we develop new technologies and methodologies. Furthermore, conscious energy carries with it potential implications for various fields, including psychology and quantum physics, where the interplay between consciousness and the physical world invites intriguing possibilities. The exploration of conscious energy requires us to rethink traditional notions of existence and perception, urging us to keep an open mind towards embracing phenomena that may initially elude our understanding. By delving deeper into this enigmatic concept, we might uncover groundbreaking insights that challenge our fundamental views on reality itself.

First, I want to emphasize that the term “conscious energy” suggests that energy has consciousness! This phrase comprises two words representing two fundamentally different ideas. Hence, it’s vital to understand that conscious energy is made up of two opposing forces that work together as one. In this context, the word “conscious” denotes a level of awareness and intentionality, while “energy” refers to the universal force that flows through all living and non-living things. When we consider conscious energy, we can explore the intricate balance between action and thought, spirit and matter. This interplay not only highlights the dynamic relationship between these forces but also invites us to contemplate how our thoughts can shape and influence the energy around us, ultimately manifesting our realities in profound and meaningful ways.

Consciousness and energy are fundamentally opposite to one another, representing two distinct facets of existence. Consciousness acts as a negative force (-), while energy serves as a positive force (+). This duality is essential to the understanding of the cosmos, as it highlights the perpetual interplay between these opposing elements. I am essentially referring to the contrasting forces existing in all the atoms that constitute the Universe, where consciousness influences perception and thought, and energy fosters movement and transformation. Together, they form the Yin and Yang duality of nature, illustrating that within every action lies a corresponding reaction and that balance is key to the harmony of our reality. This intricate relationship not only defines our physical world but also shapes our collective experiences, intertwining the mental and the physical in a dance that defines existence itself!

Polarity and Systemic Duality in Natural Processes

Everything between Consciousness and Energy signifies our perception of the world. This intricate relationship shapes our understanding and interpretation of reality, guiding us through the nuances of existence. We refer to this as Matter, which forms the material aspect of our Universe, encompassing everything from the smallest particles to the vast expanses of galaxies. Matter not only serves as the foundation of physical objects but also plays a crucial role in the interactions and connections that sustain life and inform our experiences. Through the lens of Matter, we can explore the depths of scientific inquiry and philosophical thought, seeking to unravel the mysteries that lie at the intersection of perception and the physical realm.

Matter possesses a neutral charge (-/+) and its physical characteristics change only when there is a shift in Conscious Energy. Consciousness interacts with Energy in a profound manner, acting as a catalyst for transformation. This interaction causes a reaction that reverberates throughout the fabric of existence. The reaction results in an expression due to the emission of radiation from an atom’s neutrons, which play a crucial role in determining the nature of various elements. Nonetheless, what you perceive is not just a single expression, simplified to one viewpoint or interpretation. It is an entire network of expressions, intricately interwoven and interconnected like a vast web, reflecting the complexity of reality. These are generated by the tiny atoms that make up your being, each atom contributing to the harmonic resonance of your physical and spiritual presence, enhancing the vibrancy of your experiences and interactions in the world around you. In this way, every thought, emotion, and action resonates back into the universe, creating a continuous loop of energy and matter, shaping the very essence of life itself.

The universe strives to keep a balance between Consciousness and Energy! It does this by ensuring that every equation has two sides that are in equilibrium. Nearly every term we use to define our world has an equal and opposite force linked to it, as listed below:

 CONSCIOUSNESS (YIN)ENERGY (YANG)
Force:Negative (electrons) –Positive (protons) +
Gender:Feminine (Goddess)Masculine (God)

By dividing the notion of conscious energy into two distinct forces, we notice how they interact through polarity, revealing a dynamic interplay that is both subtle and profound. This interaction encourages us to explore the intricacies of existence with a refreshed lens. We can start to view our world from a new perspective, one that is enriched by the understanding of these forces. This perspective acknowledges that the principles governing conscious energy apply to all aspects of existence, influencing our thoughts, emotions, and actions in ways we may never have considered before.

Conscious Energy is the universal heartbeat that sustains its rhythm and vitality, connecting everything from the smallest particles to the vast cosmos. Understanding that life was created for the universe and vice versa, we begin to appreciate the existence of two distinct forces that shape everything in existence, playing pivotal roles in the formation of ideas, structures, and relationships. Now, we’re presented with the conclusion that these forces are known as consciousness and energy, both essential elements that not only define our reality but also guide us on our journey of exploration and self-discovery within the grand tapestry of life.

Theoretical Synthesis of Information, Energy, and Perception

Within this theoretical model, Conscious Energy is proposed as a foundational organizing mechanism that contributes to the continuity, adaptability, and self-regulating behaviour observed throughout the Universe. Rather than describing life and the Universe as isolated phenomena, this perspective views them as interdependent components within a larger interconnected system governed by continuous exchanges of energy and information. Consequently, consciousness and energy are presented as two fundamental dimensions of reality whose interaction is theorized to influence the emergence, organization, and evolution of matter and living systems.

Consciousness represents the “mind”, which interacts with everything outside of the body, forming a complex web of perceptions and experiences. Our brains are the body’s receptors to thought, acting not only as processors of information but also as the powerhouse for logic and imagination. More intense thoughts depend on more energy to drive the intention behind these thoughts, requiring a deeper engagement with our inner selves. The thought will always come first, setting in motion a sequence of events that influence matter to perform a certain purpose that the “mind” desires. This cognitive process triggers energy to be pulled from the body’s core, flowing toward the material it’s trying to influence, thereby enhancing the connection between thought and physical reality. Thus, our ability to manipulate our environment becomes manifest, as it is through our mind’s power to direct energy to where it’s needed that we bring our intentions into existence, creating a dynamic interplay between our internal landscape and the external world around us.

Energy, on the other hand, represents the “spirit” that fuels the body! Everything that we take into our bodies, whether it be nutrients, thoughts, or experiences, can significantly alter the energy levels that we harness. Through our conscious thoughts, the wholesome food that we eat, and the way we expend our energy through dynamic action and behaviour, we can influence our overall wellbeing based on an individual’s unique energy levels. Moreover, stress management, mindfulness practices, and social interactions also play critical roles in shaping our energy states. By learning to utilise our energy efficiently, we not only enhance our physical vitality but also pave the way for happier and more fulfilling lives. Energy is always stored internally, waiting for a signal from the brain, which will pull the required amount of energy from every cell to manipulate matter and enable us to engage with the world in a meaningful way, reaching the desired outcomes and achieving our personal goals. Ultimately, harnessing our energy becomes a powerful tool in creating balance and harmony in our everyday experiences.

Conclusion

In summary, Conscious Energy is a comprehensive theoretical framework that aims to connect the fundamental concepts of consciousness, energy, and matter through the intricate principles of polarity and dynamic equilibrium. This model not only emphasizes the interplay of these elements but also proposes that reality is not a static entity; rather, it arises from the ongoing interaction of complementary forces that operate across various scales of existence, from the microscopic to the macroscopic. By considering consciousness as an informational and regulatory process that governs perception and understanding, and viewing energy as a vital force that drives both physical and biological functions, this framework invites a deeper exploration of how these interconnected aspects shape our experience of reality and inform the nature of existence itself. Through this lens, we can begin to appreciate the complex tapestry of interactions that give rise to the rich diversity of life and consciousness we observe in the universe.

The framework, while primarily philosophical and not entirely rooted in empirical science, shares several intricate themes and concepts with recognized scientific principles across various fields, including physics, biology, and neuroscience. These themes encompass critical aspects such as energetic exchange, which plays a vital role in both biological systems and physical interactions, and electrochemical communication, which is fundamental to neural processes and the functioning of living organisms. Moreover, it highlights the importance of achieving equilibrium within complex systems, illustrating how diverse components interact dynamically. Additionally, the framework emphasizes the interconnectedness of cognition, physiology, and environmental interactions, suggesting that our mental processes are deeply influenced by physiological states and the surrounding environment, ultimately painting a comprehensive picture of the relationship between our inner experiences and the external world.

Human perception, behaviour, and wellbeing are intricate emergent properties that arise from highly organized networks of biological and psychological processes. These networks encompass various levels of complexity, from atomic and molecular interactions to neural and energetic dynamics, all working in harmony. The brain and body function as integrated systems, intricately connected to one another, that continuously regulate energy allocation, process incoming information from both internal and external environments, and adapt to a myriad of stimuli in order to maintain stability, promote survival, and foster a sense of overall wellbeing. This interplay not only influences individual experiences but also impacts social interactions and relationships, highlighting the profound interconnectedness of human existence.
